Our Story
Poppa Bear Mobile Mechanic was founded by Tim Caster with a simple mission: to provide high-quality, convenient, and affordable auto repair services to the East Tennessee community.
With 6 years in business, we've seen firsthand how stressful traditional shop visits can be. Between towing costs, waiting rooms, and being without a vehicle for days, the process is often more painful than the repair itself.
That's why we bring the shop to you. Whether you're at home, at work, or stranded on the side of the road, our goal is to get you back on the road safely and quickly without the hassle.
